Self-Pay & Membership Options

Self-Pay & Cash Pricing

We welcome patients who prefer to pay directly at the time of service.

Discounted self-pay rates are available only when payment is made at the time of service.
If payment is not made at the visit and we need to bill you later, standard (non-discounted) rates may apply.
Self-pay pricing cannot be combined with insurance billing or membership fees.

Membership Options

For patients seeking predictable monthly pricing and more flexible access to care outside of traditional insurance, we offer:

Membership fees are billed separately from insurance and are designed to complement, not replace, your existing coverage.
